We offers a Quick Books Smart Back Office that integrates and streamlines financial operations to meet the changing needs of a growing business or nonprofit. Our unique model of accounting software expertise - backed by a dedicated team of bookkeepers, staff accountant and accounting manager - removes our clients’ back office burden while delivering timely, actionable financial intelligence to help improve performance and profitability.
Our Roots Run Deep_
Our and Company were established in June 2004 with a desire to help small businesses grow and nonprofits prosper. Our predecessor company, Virtual Growth, was founded by Stephen King in 1995 and quickly grew it into the nation’s largest outsourced accounting service for small businesses.

Accounts Payable_
Paying Bills is never fun. We does it efficiently while ensuring that you maintain control of who gets paid, and when.
Streamline Your Bill Payment Process with our Accounts Payable Services
With our accounts payable outsourcing services, your bills can come directly to us or you scan and upload them, or FedEx them to us. Your dedicated service team will enter into a bill payment portal that is linked to Quick Books. You can review and approve bills on your phone, iPad or computer.
Accurate bill coding translates into more accurate financial statements
We use technology to streamline your back office accounts payable process. We’ll scan the bills and link the scanned images to your transactions, so you have support for your auditor, tax accountant or anyone who needs to see the bills. We’ll also respond to vendor inquiries and process employee expenses.
Scanned images linked to each transaction helps reduce your risk for fraud
You always stay in control with multiple levels of approval. That means it’s less likely that your office manager will pay her utility bill with your check if the invoice is attached. And, it will no longer be easy for her to write a check to herself and change the payee to AT&T if a bill needs to be attached supporting the check.
Billing and Collections_
There aren’t too many things more important than billing your clients. We ensures your invoices get out and are paid in a timely fashion with our outsourced billing and accounts receivable services.
We can invoice your customers, or if you prefer, you can send out your own invoices. With our outsourced billing service we make deposits, track payable, oversee collections, review and prepare reports, record daily sales and reconcile with P_O_S systems.

When you use our lock box services, you’ll get the cash right in the bank. By using a major money center bank, we can scan the check so you get faster availability of your funds.
Sales Tax Compliance_
Sales taxes are unavoidable, but there are ways to make them less painful. Let We make sure they are paid accurately and on time for your business.
We takes care of all your operating taxes: sales tax, payroll tax and any other industry specific taxes you have (occupancy, transportation, etc). Through our sales tax and payroll tax reporting services we calculate & pay sales and use taxes, prepare and distribute year-end payroll forms (W-2’s, 940, etc.), prepare & distribute 1099’s and prepare year-end reports for CPA Tax Planning.
Income Taxes, however, are an area that requires specific expertise from someone who works full time in income taxes. As a result we work hand in glove with your CPA to make sure they have accurate, up-to-date information needed to give you income tax planning advice.
If you want a one-stop shop, we’ll be happy to involve one of the CPA in our affiliate program. While we have CPA with tax experience on our staff, We is not a CPA firm and we don’t prepare “income taxes”. We specialize in processing your business transactions, and working with tax experts to make sure you get the advice you need in the most cost effective manner. You won't have to pay a CPA to clean up your books. They will get what they need the first time they ask.
